History
Early years (2005‑2009)
Little is known about the seasons prior to the establishment of the Team Friends League. Online fantasy football was still in its adolescence.
2005 marked the first recorded instances of what resembles a fantasy football league. Billieve '05 was a 6-team league with IDP, 0.5 PPR, 0.5 pts completions. For the record, the JP Losman-led Bills finished 3rd in the AFC East (5-11) in 2005.
Several current day Team Friends franchises can trace their heritage back to Billieve '05.
The pre-history league of 2006 saw the abandonment of the IDP format. The semblence of a league was named Tedy Bruschi Sucks. A sentiment that rings true to this day. The ever-rotating list of franchises included 2 present-day managers:
No known records exist of a fantasy football league in 2007. The true reasons lost to time, though some have speculated to the emergence of driver's licenses, paying jobs, and frivolous pursuits of girls.
Again a 10-team league formed in 2008, We have dicks. While managers of some franchises remain unknown (Dreamsicles, Lakers, The Big Ones), 3 current-day managers surfaced:
2009 saw a reduced 8-team league, Da Bills. Oral history passed down through generations reveal rudimentary drafting techniques including a massive white board in the backyard of the Ziemienaski household. A novel approach to scoring was implemented in Da Bills - Bonus points for yardage milestones (4pts @ 250yd passing, 4 pts @ 100yd rush, etc.)

As in 2007, no known records of a league exist from 2010. A dark time in history would lead to the burgeoning of a new league in 2011, one with a lasting legacy...documented and persisted under the monicker Team Friends.
